  • Account data: business name, contact name, work email, phone number, and billing information.
  • Usage data: call transcripts, agent configurations, knowledge-base content, call logs, and integration settings.
  • Device & log data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and error logs for debugging and security.
  • Communication data: messages you send us through contact forms, support tickets, or demo requests.

  • Provide, operate and maintain Sutrixa Voxa agents and dashboards.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer call content to train generic AI models without explicit consent.

Call transcripts and logs are retained according to the plan settings and any legal or contractual requirements. 9. Security practices

Sutrixa Voxa is built on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. We encrypt data in transit using TLS and encrypt sensitive data at rest. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and requires multi-factor authentication.

Shared responsibility — while we secure the platform, customers are responsible for configuring strong passwords, managing team access, and classifying the data they choose to upload or process through their agents.

Sutrixa Voxa operates across the UAE, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Germany, Spain, and Canada. Data may be processed in, or transferred to, countries other than your own. We use contractual safeguards and infrastructure-region choices to support compliance with applicable cross-border data protection rules.

Sutrixa Voxa is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
